Long gone are the days of using medals only in the military, academic, and sport fields to reward outstanding performance. The same pride that is associated with being properly recognized in any of the above fields is present in the corporate world when medals are received for outstanding work. Most companies simply rely on certificates and a cash bonus to reward employees. What about medals as rewards? Just think about it – everyone gives a watch after five or ten year’s service, but what about a medal that can be hanged on someone’s wall showing that their loyalty and hard work do count?
What about the sales person of the year or the person rewarded for outstanding customer service? Give unique medals which are available right here and which can be customized to include your company logo or the specific department together with the achievement.
