Long gone are the days of using medals only in the military, academic, and sport fields to reward outstanding performance. The same pride that is associated with being properly recognized in any of the above fields is present in the corporate world when medals are received for outstanding work. Most companies simply rely on certificates and a cash bonus to reward employees. What about medals as rewards?
